Today’s key words are love, loyalty and gratitude. Love is a verb, don’t treat it as a noun, but how to?

Today we can try to be grateful for everything we have now. Thank our earth for giving as much resource as we can; thank our parents for giving our lives and as much love as they can; thank our partners for always being there whenever we need support; thank ourselves for everything we have been through. When we are grateful, we feel love…..

Today’s advice: give yourself a good treat like take a break, enjoy a moment with yourself etc.
