练习感悟：

今日练习1个半小时的朗读才发送的语音，结果今天的嗓子明显感觉到了疼痛，如果今天再坚持练习20分左右，估计就没办法发录音了，以为每次发声时，都会感觉到嗓子的疼痛。对于今天发送的录音，自我感觉也不是很满意，但是因为嗓子的原因，不得不进行一次妥协，为了明天能继续练习，必须得好好保护嗓子。学习不是百米赛跑，而是一次马拉松，一次超长的一次比赛，只有坚持到最后的人，才是胜利者，为了胜利，一定要坚持这次的朗读训练周期，去努力的遇见自己喜欢的未来的自己。
