一早终于盼到3.30am实在睡不了起来，每天都是1.08醒来，之后就是盼着4点到来，难道是能量这里分外强，还是中国时差在作怪，anyhow，一起来就看到JB发来一个活动音乐会信息，我其实不是啥violin fan但肯定对当地音乐会体验感兴趣，但更喜欢james发来，代表他多走一步，其实我已经决定可以喜欢欣赏他人，无需走进，因为生活上会发现都很天真，不可能就是一定的。

本来想打破平时早到规律，但harvard资料看过也无聊，还是6.45到，同样几个人，中国女孩S说有个pongal节日，我开始查询，网上没啥信息，我就问ajit和mysore 群，都没啥有用的信息；进去等虽然我是先到的，很多女孩都在我前面，等我开始练习，发现比我晚到的中国s都开始坐立体式，这是啥速度，我告诉自己take my time，enjoy the process，尤其maxi特意来chanting，希望来shala感受，我们多么幸运可以多呆一些时间，哪怕是等待呢，确实感受到巨大的能量。也很有趣看孔雀男练习，就跟演习一样，身体确实完美，但自我感觉更完美，没法再提高了！

老大注定要帮我后弯，我起身就看到他站在我面前，我说还有两个，他走开，我等他，今天还是没有抓到，他一直让我向前爬，我起来他说：so close！我说：my shoulder is stuck！他指向头：no, your mind!

很多人都认为老大很爱她们，感觉和他个人链接很近，这就是他的energy，敬怕有加，所有人的ego都要臣服，即使很多多年练习和出名的瑜伽大师们，听Zhi说很多日本她崇拜老师都在，我都没有留意，只看到孔雀啦！还有就是休息时候向后一看都是美女，每个女孩子都很美，尤其瑜伽glow在脸上和身体线条，美得很！

吃了我的dal+cafe，非常美味，下午就是55rp的banana，好能吃啊！本来阿根廷艺术家男孩约我vipa，说是今天，后来pongal更重要，我就约她一起去village，回来的richshaw的司机说他知道，约好4点去，我问moha是否一起，他各种女性约了，我去上课路上，吃了香蕉2个，对了，今天吃了无数香蕉，碰到Sarah，就叫她一起，还有早上S，虽然她非常agreesive，还有J约我11.30见面，for god sake，好多人，每个人都非常自我，不肯comprise自己习惯，很多人又不靠谱，Sarah，nicolas，jaime，中国女人，最后是一起哲学课同学说去出现了，其他人各种改变，浪费精力。

不过哲学课永远是highlight，我到了很早，安静的暗暗房间里，avind在工作，我在查询和纠结dualism为啥patanjali被称为二元论，笛卡尔是二元论，佛陀是一元论monism？Avind said bodha said we are flick of consciousness is not right, we are also not permanant? so buddha is no monism and dualism either.

we could be stuck in happiness and forgot we are consciousness!好在快乐没那么多，不会stuck！

买了kulfi，香蕉回来备课，4点到了，司机没来，打电话说6点才开始晚点到，没通知我，结果派了一个司机来，好在一个中国女孩要参加，也是同时到，我们正好一起走，其实village就是7km距离，到了已经锣鼓喧天，我们去了寺庙参加puja，知道ramakrishna ashram有arati，区别呢：

What is Puja

Puja is the act of showing reverence to a god, a spirit, or another aspect of the divine through invocations, prayers, songs, and rituals. An essential part of puja for the Hindu devotee is making a spiritual connection with the divine. Most often that contact is facilitated through an object: an element of nature, a sculpture, a vessel, a painting, or a print.

It means worship,devotion and reverence. Puja is believed to be derived from the word 'pu-chey',or worship. The term puja is now used to include all forms of worship, ranging from the simple daily offerings of flowers, fruit, leaves, rice, sweetmeats and water to the deities in homes or temples, to the sacrifices in temples dedicated to Kali, Durga and other female deities.

What is Aarti

Traditionally the Aarti is performed during the morning and evening in a Hindu household.

The Aarti consists of a small flame which burns on a wick, placed on a plate, which is rotated round the Deity.

The Ritual of the Aarti makes the light of the flame dispel darkness, the incense that is burnt gives out fragrance, a bell is rung, hands are clapped while one sings the Aarti.

The Aarti reminds us of the greatness of the Lord, because the flame that we rotate is symbolic of the Cosmos (Sun, Moon, Stars) revolving around the Almighty paying obeisance to him.

外国人就是我们这群人，moha和女孩子，deniz和同伴，日本女孩等，我不愿意混在他们人堆里，去了学校rooftop，和两个男孩聊天，13岁英文不错，一直介绍节日内容，后来一群孩子来要钱，我就下去，女人们穿着最好衣服，带着花朵，非常隆重，整个村子和附近估计都来了，孩子真多，看到印度聚会，中国女孩说感觉疲惫，overwhelmed，哈哈，想象一下北欧人呢！活动持续了1个多小时，牛在火起来时候开始穿越，对牛伤害应该没有多少，我们6点多就汇合司机回来，值得纪念。

每年的一月，印度雨季结束，村民们开始种植庄稼。为了祈祷丰收，人们用米和奶做成名为“Pongal”的食物献给神灵。驯牛节就是“Pongal丰收节”系列活动的重要组成部分。印度南部的一些村庄每年都要举行激动人心的斗牛运动，这已经成为当地的狂欢节日
