2007专八翻译

I used to anticipate the chinese lunar year especially and count the coming day with my hand after December with enthusiasm.While the adults always 感叹 for this kind of anciousness  anxiousness,as if they not only disliked sping festival but were afraid of it.

I was disppointed and confused with their attitudes  at that time,but now I understand it completely.They had to bear the new expediture and the huge pressure coming from the fleeting time ,which made them have mixed emotion.a Child could say excitedly :I am one year older. while the old could only sigh:I am one year older. The new year means to go to wonderful time  progress towards glorious period in the life for the child, the fading hours for the old.

while for adults，it means they are sliding towards the old age of decay.
