long time no see，my friend.
how are you guys doing？
this week i am suddenly busy and there are lots of stuff to do. i can hardly have a rest to drink and every time when i am so thirsty that i found the tea is cold.
once, for a long time i have no intent to go home after work because i don't know what i should do in the following several hours. in general i can go home after 5:30 pm, but in order to kill the time, i will hang out without any destination. sometime, although i am not hungry, i would eating something out so that i can spend some time out.
but now, i think i have a very healthy life habit. i found that the time is not enough to me, whether in the day or night.
in order to spare the more time for the evening, i work harder in the daytime and do my best to make most of the time.
resisting smoking, reading, writing, listening music, taking exercise and being on a diet for losing weight, earning money by part-time jobs, these are my life. simple but happy.
tell you my meals everyday, one boiled egg, half an apple and one cucumber.
since i eat less than before, i felt hungry all the time which is a great change for me. but if i think that the fat is burning when i am in a hungry situation, i felt it is not so difficult to go through the tough time.
