原则-极度开放

Radical open-mindedness is invaluable for rapid learning and effective change. Learning is the product of a continuous real-time feedback loop in which we make decisions, see their outcomes, and improve our understanding of reality as a result. Being radically open-minded enhances the efficiency of those feedback loops, because it makes what you are doing, and why, so clear to yourself and others that there can't be any misunderstandings. The more open-minded you are, the less likely you are to deceive yourself-and the more likely it is that others will give you honest feedback. If they are "believable" people, you will learn a lot from them.

极度开放的好处在于一方面你不大可能会自欺欺人了，另一方面别人会乐于给你真实的反馈，这样你就能从反馈中学习和进步。

极度开放对于我来说意味着3点：

1. 不认为自己一定是对的，不认为自己的想法一定是最好的，保持开放的心态。
2. 听到不同声音、意见甚至是批评时，放下自我防御和反击的心态，不激动、不急躁、耐心倾听别人的想法和意见。
3. 把自己真实的想法和建议反馈给别人，坦诚地让别人知道和理解自己的意见和建议。
