Don’t make the trouble

Don't make any troubles with others, That's what they have told me when I first came to Japan, However for others they just don't care, I had an encounter with an old lady who's a customer in the coffee shop that I work at, she orders a cup of coffee I provided her order as soon as I can, but after ten minutes she's at the counter changing what she ordered and saying it quite loud, and I was shocked and I'm already done with what she have previously ordered and after that she wants it to be cancelled for her to save her money. At that moment I want to know what she's thinking, and know why did she changed her mind, I tried to explain to her that we can't cater to whatever she's asking us to do courteously, after a while she finally accepted my explanation, But with what happened other customers got affected they have to wait in line and got their time wasted. Now I realized that you can't please anybody so all you can do is do your best in everything you do and ignore what might people think of you.
