You walked by me and I smelled love

You turned around and smiled at me

I was so overwhelmed and obsessed

Stopped there and stood still

Just a look into the eyes

And I knew you are the one

I wondered if I can get near you

Please give a chance to know you

Even if I’m just someone who fell in love with you at the first sight

I was lost in my thoughts and then I lost you in the crowd

I walked through lanes and streets

To see if I can find you again

So glad that luck struck me somehow

I spotted you in a coffee shop

Talked and laughed with your friends

The smile on your face was like a beam of sunshine in a cold winter

Lighted my dim world

I stepped in and found a place so sit down

I wanted to say hi but I wasn’t that brave

I ducked

I saw her leaning against you arm

I fled the shop as fast as I could

I realized you wouldn’t be mine anyway

I cherished this encounter no matter what
