suppose that you are doctor manhattan or the legion. you are the most powerful superhero that can warp reality into your favor. you can telekinetic or teleport or telepathy. you have the power of invulnerability, instant healing and eternal life.  in otherwords, you are a god. then what? in the long run, you are going to be tired of this game. you will find that changing the reality into your favor will only make you lunatic. that the best choice is to let the world run according to its own rules without.intervention.  that the only thing matters are the rationality of this world, are its objectivity and independence.  in this way you will accept your mortality.
