    When yesterday I tutored my student about English learning,I found what he was always thinking wisely thand I.He tried his best to show his cleverness if it was poissible to get his chance in any time.It's a pity that my experience is better than his ideas,espeically he could find the correct answers in the passage.But he did worst,such as reading ,thinking and doing the tests carelessly.And he wanted to go home earlier and tell lies to me.But I was so different from his Former Enlish Teachers,I must keep my ideas about his bad habits of Learning English.

今晚辅导学生学习英语的过程中，发现该学生无时无刻不在跟我斗智斗勇。只要有机会，就想方设法给钻我的空子耍自己的那点小聪明，可惜我的经验比他的点子还丰富，尤其是他能够在原文中可以找到正确答案的类似题，但他却并没有认真读题，审题和做题，总是想着早点回家把我糊弄过去，可是我跟他以往的老师是有本质性区别的，对于这些类似问题是坚决不放过。

I found the student's bad habits and irresponsible attitudes from the matter when he was Learning English.So the teacher should ask the students to follow the correct methods and tell them some operable skills, he couldn't did well,especially dealt some easy problems to use some skills.This time I asked him to write and do again ,but also told me how to find the correct answers（reading comprehension and Specific options）in his own way.

I could follow and help him how to understand the meaning of the passage to manage them during the teaching process, or else the problems of his bad habits will affect his exams scores seriously.

从这件事可以看出学生日常学习时的不良习惯和对自己学习时不负责任的态度，所以作为老师应该不仅严格要求学生按照正确的方法去做，还要教给学生可操作性的技巧，尤其是面对会做而做不对题的问题，需要一些技巧来解决，本次我对待这类问题的措施是让学生对自己不认真做的题进行抄题（英语阅读理解和具体选项）做题和讲题，中途我会适当引导和点拨，最终让学生顺利愉快地学会，否则这类问题最终会成为学生考试成绩的小老鼠。
