人参虫草花桂圆红枣鸡汤的做法

1.所有的食材如图所示

2.除枸杞外所有食材洗净加清水泡发；

3.土鸡斩成大块；我一般都是沿着关节切开，这样不容易有骨头渣；

4.切好的土鸡中加入料酒抓匀；葱打结，姜切片；

5.锅中倒入适量清水，倒入腌好的土鸡块，开大火焯水；

6.大火烧开后再煮3分钟，捞出焯水好的土鸡块，清水洗净浮沫；

7.将土鸡块放入高压锅内胆中，并倒入泡发好的食材；

8.加清水浸没所有的食材，放入姜片和葱；

9.高压锅选择鸡鸭煲汤键50分钟；

10.出锅前洒适量食盐和枸杞拌匀，装碗即可；
