国庆大假历年都是结婚的高峰时段，因为假期时间长，亲朋好友更容易抽出时间来参加婚礼，向新人表示祝贺，所以很多人都喜欢将婚礼安排在国庆节。听说好的婚礼场地要提前一年才能订得到国庆节的日子。

我们这个年龄，正是孩子们结婚的时候，今年国庆节我已经收到两个请贴，分别于10月2 号和5号。孩子结婚，又完成了人生一件大事，真替朋友们高兴。

The National Day holiday is the peak time for marriage over the years. Because of the long holiday, it is easier for relatives and friends to find time to attend the wedding and congratulate the newlyweds, so many people like to arrange weddings on the National Day. I heard that a good wedding venue can only be booked for the National Day one year in advance.

At our age, it is the time for the children to get married. I have received two invitations on October 2nd and 5th on National Day this year. The child got married and completed a major event in life. I'm really happy for my friends.
