我认为微笑曲线有现实意义，比如淘宝开发高性能服务柜架HSF，即微笑曲线的上游部分，让访问淘宝网的速度加快，从而带来更大利润。
互联网环境下的改变：1、运用云计算，大数据等更加精确、详细地了解消费者的需求，使利润最大化。2、制作产品更多样化、智能化。
