I like to try different ways to arrange a meaningful time management. I know the feeling that I can finish the to-do list one by one that is really great. Maybe it is a little strange while it can helps me to reduce my anxiety.
I know it seems a little strange while that will make me feel better. I really enjoy that process that I can spend time to know my dopamine. I know the wechat videos are various so that I always scan the videos and waste a lot time.
