Get a raise

The HR colleague asked me why February's salary wasn't updated after she had increased an employee's base salary. I told her that it doesn't update automatically, she should do it manually. You know, I'm responsible for the salary module of the OA system running in our company, so any problem related to it would go to me. The colleagues from the HR and Finance departments are working on the February salary calculation these days.

So I can see all the information related to all the employees who work for our company, because most of their information is stored in the OS system.

I was curious to know who was so lucky enough to get a raise. You know, one of my colleagues who works as a programmer has been there for seven years, and I have been there for five years too, but our salaries have never been changed.

Finally, I found out that this guy is the son of one of the shareholders of our company.
