It’s been a long time since we last met in your city and I still miss the moments we used to share in the small cafe.
I just want to catch up with you if the time works. You know, I have gone through surprising changes in my career and private life and finally landed somewhere safe. The inner storm still haunt in my mind , it seems like the time and tides leave a lasting mark on me. But I end up finding nothing, the frustration and painful days expired last year, now I wish I would live a different life afterwards.
I really appreciate your encouragement during the downtime. You told me the life path is full of ups and downs, I can eventually embrace the life that I dream about. You carefully offered a lot of guidance on both career choices and relationship, I was so moved during the time, your smiles and words lit up my skies when I tended to leave away the rest of the crowds. It was truly fortunate for me to own you as one of my best friends.
Let us keep in touch and share more stories in our future. Whenever you need a helping hand or a caring friend, you can always turn to me. You used to feel inferior about your feminine personality and want to be more strong and assertive, while I believe the characteristic that you are endowed with is your gift, you can deeply resonate with others and admire the aesthetic aspect of details. I read a book about personality and was surprised to find we have a lot in common, because we both have insightful opinions and feel alienated from the surrounding environment. When I started to know your name, we rarely talk to each other while we immediately felt connected to each other when we were assigned a task and cooperated together. You happened to mention your favorite books on Existentialism and I was so fascinated to discuss the fatal choices of heroes in ancient myths and some common vacuum of souls of our time. I had to admit I was so enchanted to meet someone of my age who was so similar to me. I got to know some new concepts and thoughts from you day by day and the intellectual challenges refreshed my daily routine. Reflecting on my past experience, I can always become more intelligent when I can view my stories with abstract perspectives. How time flys. When you ended your exchange term and went back to your country, I could not help but miss the golden old days. Remember to reply to me, please and wish your every dream can come true.
