At the end of each month, we're asked to fill out performance evaluation forms for that month. On top of writing weekly reports, we now have to submit an additional monthly report, even though the content is the same. How boring can our department director be?
I don't understand why some managers insist on creating redundant tasks to waste our time. He previously claimed he didn’t want us doing repetitive work. What an irony!
I think these documents are pointless. Their only value is to identify those employees who aren’t loyal enough to follow his rules.
