前言——最近发现一件很有趣的事
最近不是有个大佬注册了一个996.icu的域名，诉控互联网公司996工作制嘛，然后在地球另外一端的Python之父对国内互联网996工作制进行了声援，有网友归纳了一下就是： 在资本主义国家的资本家就社会主义国家资本家的资本压榨进行了控诉。 那么，各位996认为到底是什么原因造成了996的放任呢？
为什么会出现996的工作现状？
其实996的工作状态从十年前就开始了，但是都是部分公司为了赶项目而进行的临时加班计划而且通常会有很多补贴和加班工资，平常的工作还是8个小时的标准工作时间，其实最主要的还是那个时候编程开发这个行业程序员还是香馍馍，公司需要花很大的精力才能招到一个合适的程序员，如果把程序员比作货物那么当时就属于卖方市场，由程序员来挑公司入职。

现在由于经过了二十几年学校和培训机构的持续输出，程序员开始变的不再值钱，你不做我可以再招一个，这年头两条腿的蛤蟆不好找，会编程的程序员满大街都是，除了那种能在阿里技术岗P8以上的核心架构师，现在整个行业主流的初中级程序员真的是要多少有多少，所以为了激烈的竞争996就成为了公司打KPI的标准，然后我们这些程序员不得不放弃尊严和自信无条件的去加班。

那么Python之父的声援能起到效果吗？
答案是不能，还记得那个996.ICU吗？现在所有的中国区域的浏览器都不支持浏览了，这就是互联网巨头的力量，声援可能会引起舆论上的骚动，但是动摇是不可能动摇的，哪怕是抑制996的加班常态都难
最终的结果最有可能的就是在你视线中慢慢被其他新闻刷掉，然后消失。没办法，这不是互联网公司的事，是编程这块的人太多了，我们为了生存失去了坚持，这是整个编程开发领域的需求问题，初级和中级的市场已经饱和了如果没有办法跳出来活该你996了，后面也只会越来越残酷，除非有什么新技术能让编程领域换发第二春。

那么我们这些程序员如何自救呢？
1.默认996熬到高级开发岗或者核心架构岗
这种方式目前就是最流行的，虽然我们嘴上一直都反对996,但是不得不去遵循这个规则，因为我们要面对不断增加的竞争者，然后活成了我们最讨厌的996的人，想苟延残喘到避开996从一般本科毕业可能需要6-8年左右，起步高一点了硕士、博士可以在3年内胜任一些中小型公司的技术核心。（忍无可成，重新再忍、百忍成金加油你们是最棒的。）

2.转到管理层去或者其他热门行业
程序员转产品的基本上就两种人，要么是妹子（改需求应该不会对妹子下狠手）、要么就是熬不下去了退到二线，但是结果发现没有想象中的美好，该加的班一个都没有拉下，只不过脑力活动没有那么多了，而且也不用经常改需求到心力交瘁了（好像产品也是我们讨厌的东西，还是活成了自己讨厌的样子。）

还有就是转其他的热门行业，就比如人工智能随着人工智能不断发展，它逐渐取代了编程开发，成为了互联网的主流话题。不信你看看，目前发编程语言舆论动态文章的要么就是培训机构，要么就是官方。
而人工智能的落地成为了各大媒体的新宠儿，只要发基本关注度就很高（除了我之外，你们这群假粉）这也反应了市场需求的变动，目前人工智能相关的职业成为了香馍馍，今年新的13个职业有一半是人工智能领域的，这也表明了互联网下一个战略目标是人工智能。
