命运共同体

在党的十八大报告中，“命运共同体”作为一种中国与世界实现合作共赢关系的理念被明确提出。此后，“命运共同体”逐渐成为中国外交的核心理念之一，也是“一带一路”建设的重要目标。“命运共同体”强调整体思维，推崇共生共荣的关系，追求持久和平和共同繁荣。一个国家的命运要掌握在本国人民手中，世界的前途命运必须有各国共同掌握，各国在追求本国利益是要兼顾别国利益，在追求自身发展时兼顾别国发展。“一带一路”建设背后体现的正是这种“命运共同体”思想。通过“一带一路”构建命运共同体，需要建立在利益共同体和责任共同体的基础之上。一方面，要在经贸和投资领域不断扩大利益交汇点，把经济的互补性转化为发展的互动力；一方面，各国需要共同担负解决国际性难题的责任，共同打造互利共赢的合作框架。

Community of Shared Future 

The idea of buiding a community of shared future was first discussed in a rrport to the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012.It was deen as contributing to China's engagement with the rest of the world in pursuit of win-win results.This idea has since become a xore element of China's foreign policy.It also underpins the launch of the Belt and Road Initiative.

The concept of a community of shared future emphasizes the virtue of holistic thinking,cosmopolitan ideals,and the pursuit of lasting peace and shared prosperity.The destiny of a country should be in the hands of its people,and the future of the world must be shaped jointly by the peoples of the world,A country's national interest are to be pursued with other countries'interests in mind.The inplementation of any national development strartegy should be accompained by careful consideration of the development needs of others.

Underlying the Belt and Road inatiative is the understanding that we all share one world.Under the Belt and Road inatiative,a community of shared future can be built only on the vasis of shared interests and responsibility.Sustained efforts should thus be made to expand our cooperation in the fields of trade and investment,where convergence of interests occurs,and to transform economic complementarity into new drivers of development.At the same time,all countries should join hands in dealing with international challenges and building a cooperative framework that benefits all.
