As we all know, we now always use WeChat as a communication in our workspace rather than E-mail, which was used for more than ten years in my previous two companies I worked for. So, I think I'm qualified to compare them.
Actually, I don’t like such an instant tool of WeChat as a communication tool in workspace, although I can get an immediate response from the opposite most of the time. However, because of the instant, it becomes something like an “order” that forces the opposite to respond immediately, and furthermore, the sender may get a rash response without careful consideration.
