原则详解

1、trust in truth.（直面真相，无所畏惧）。
2、realize that you have nothing to fear from truth.（真相没什么可怕的，不要试着逃避。但跟房东商量的事情你目前就在不断的逃避）。
3、create an environment in which everyone has the right to understand what makes sense and no one has the right to hold a critical opinion without speaking up about it .创造一种人人都有权理解和拥有观点。（特别是在创业，读书会等方面）。
4、be extremely open.（要极为坦诚，增强互信，对于自己不喜欢的事情要开城布公尤为重要，因为你必须改变或彻底解决这些你不喜欢的事情）。
5、have integrity and demand it from others.（为人正直，要求别人也保持正直，保持正直可以让你有更多的精力放在自己真正想做的事情上，不要去勾心斗角）。
5a、never say anything about a person you wouldn't say to them directly，and don't try people without accusing them to their face.（把精力放在自己认为重要的事情上，不要对别人说三道四，干好自己的一亩三分地就行了）。
5b、don't let "loyalty" stand in the way of truth and openness.（真相和坦诚是最为重要的）。
6、be radically transparent.(要极为透明，在保护好自己的利益之前要极为透明，在透明的过程中别人会不断的给你feedback，从而change自己的想法，使之更为完善)。
6a、record almost all meetings and share them with all relevant people.(尽量让信息能够流动起来，不仅可以让身边的人不断形成自己的观点，自己也可以形成自己观点)。
7、don‘t tolerate dishonesty.（对诚实零容忍）。
7a、don't believe it when someone caught being dishonest says they have seen the light and will never do that sort of things again.（对于不诚实的人，不要将其留在身边，不然后后患无穷）。
8、create a culture in which it is ok to make mistakes but unacceptable not to identify analyze,and learn from them.（容许犯错，但一定要在错误当中学习并进步）。
9、recognize that effective,innovative thinkers are gonging to make mistakes and learn from them because it is a natural part of the innovation process.（高效，具有创新思维的人都会犯错，从错误当中吸取教训，这都是创新过程的自然部分）。
10、do not feel bad about your mistakes or those of others.love them.(热爱你的错误，并从中吸取你的教训)。

• 足够真诚，坦诚，减少猜忌，用较为正确的方法做自己喜欢的事情，不要怕犯错，犯错是做成任何事情的组成部分。
• 让信息足够的流通，帮助身边的人形成自己的观点，同时完善自己的观点。
