First, science still can not clearly explain the law of the operation of dreams; second, dreams are both real and illusory, we can not tell whether we live in dreams or dream in life. Maby the more valuable question is, what is the meaning of dreams to life?

In the interpretation of Dreams, Freud tells us that dreams are a real dialogue between a person and his heart, a process of learning from himself, and another life that is closely related to himself. Through dreams we can understand our hearts, understand our current emotional state, understand our inner hesitation and contradictions, and learn how to create a better life.

Human life is, first life becomes a dream, then the dream becomes reality.

So don't let your dreams just be dreams.
