As concerned human beings, if we can help others overcome their difficulties, then it is truly worthwhile to extend our support. However, if our involvement will only end up adding salt to a wound, it is better for us to avoid interfering, because we might end up making the situation go from bad to worse. So, we must be mindful of the consequences of our actions and assess each situation carefully before we get involved.
作为关心他人的人，若能协助他人克服困难，那么我们的支持是值得的，可是如果我们的介入最后只是在伤口上撒盐，我们最好避免干涉，因为可能会使状况变得更糟。因此，我们必须注意我们行动的后果，并在介入之前仔细评估每一种情况。
