目标:顺利通过《英语二》
方法:累积法，每天读一样的内容，重复七天后进行新内容。小学、初中、高中英语单词。
行动:今天7点起床读到8点，感觉比昨天速度快了一点，也许也熟悉了一点。熬过昨天读完就想睡那一刻，今天瞌睡虫不敢出来了。看来还是可以克服的。加油！
