由于节点服务器部署的地域位置所限，部分在线开发工具访问时会出现卡顿，甚至假死；从而影响开发效率及开发体验。如：SAP Web IDE ( Full Stack )，Build，Github，Gitlab，SAP Cloud Platform ( Trial ) 等。
以下为解决访问慢的步骤：
1. 通过web服务（ IP Address ) 或 本地 CMD 命令查询服务器所属IP节点：
使用：IPAddress 服务。
提供所需访问的域名
查询得到相应的 IP 地址信息 （德国区域）
也可以使用：CMD 命令。
Ping 命令
2. 收集相关 IP 资源数据，整合到 hosts 文件内：
hosts 资源
3. CMD 命令，刷新 DNS 缓存：
ipconfig /flushdns
4. 测试访问在线开发工具：
SAP Cloud Platform
SAP Web IDE ( Full Stack )
使用一段时间发现：访问各项在线服务的速度提高不少。
