iOS8调用系统相机和相册

如果只进行iPhone端开发的话, 调用系统相机和相册通常会用到UIImagePickerController, 这个类并没有什么变化, 但是由于iOS8对UIAlertView和UIActionSheet进行了整合, 网上的调用相机和相册的方法还停留在以前的版本, 对于要追求完美的同学可能会不太开心, 这里提供给大家一个使用UIAlertController的版本, 希望有一些用, 使用起来很简单, 直接看代码就行了
