With the rapid development of economy and technology these days,the pace of our life has become faster than ever before . Under this circumstance,the phenomenon that the vast majority of people are suffering from anxiety and stress has aroused concern among the public.
What factors result in this problem?From my perspective,there are several reasons that contribute to the phenomena. First of all,competition in the employment market has become so fierce that people have to make great efforts to do their jobs as excellently as possible. What's more, the fast pace of life makes us feel exhausted. It seems that people are always too busy to take care of themselves or spend some peaceful time with their family and friends. In addition, most people are facing financial difficulties,social problems and so on.
Obviously due to reasons discussed above,more and more people feel depressed frequently,and mental health has aroused great concern. In my opinion,we are supposed to learn how to deal with stress. Here are some advice. Above all, regular exercise really helps. It's not only good for our physical health,but also makss us relax. Furthermore,when we are stuck in difficulties,it is a good idea to seek support from friends and family. Last but not least ,it is very important to maintain a positive attitude towards challenges and unshakable faith really makes a significant difference.
