I read several articles about moms by 007 comrades before mother's day.I noted with surprise that they all know their mothers‘ stories. It has resulted in me realizing I never knew my mom, never bothered to ask, or remembered the details of her life.
Don't I love her? I asked myself. Without examination ,my mother remains almost a shadow figure whose only value is determined by how good she is or how well she treats me. I love my mom of course ,if her stories do not get written down, they will be lost someday, and I think I must be very regret then.

So ,last week, I experienced a different Mother's Day. Not the same as usual ,having a big meal or just going shoping, we found a quiet place and I heard her stories. we talked for almost 4 hours, I can't tell you all about it ,because they're too long, but I think one or two is ok.
When she was very young ,she had two abdominal surgeries, therefor there are two big scars on her stomach. At married age, she felt very self-abased, fearing that her poor health and two ugly scars would cause her to fail to find a good husband. My grandparents and relatives introduced a lot of men to her, she felt more self-abased, because they all knew it ,and they were very picky, especially they would hold this point to make some bargin on dowry or something else.
At last ,thank god, she met my father .It was a beautiful summer afternoon, and the sunshine was soft. She went to my father's house to find his sister, and what an amazing encounter. My father fell in love with her at first sight, and this man has always been good to her ever since . Later, I mentioned this to my dad, he laughed for a long time, kind of shy. He told me, my mother wore a floral patterned skirt that day and she was really like a beautiful lily. You know my name is lily. Haha~
OK, that's one of my mom's stories, of course I will write down more stories of her,Time is limited,I'll tell you next time.
Everyone thinks their mom is the best, but mine truly is. And I love her now more than ever.Trust me ,talk to your mother and listen to her stories and you'll love her more.
