S04E01 - The Jellyfish

• Rachel 写了 18 页 (正反面) 的复合要求给 Ross，以为 Ross 终于承认错误，很高兴地和好，没想到 Ross 还是一点没变，结果大吵了一架
• Monica 和 Joey、Chandler 去海滩边玩，被水母咬到了
• Phoebe 告诉 Ursula 亲身妈妈的事情，结果 Ursula 早就知道。回 Central Perk 表演时老 Phoebe 来了，发现她们之间共同点非常多
• Joey 想到 Discovery 上说过被水母咬到可以用尿杀毒，但自己尿不出来，就催 Chandler 尿在 Monica 腿上
• Chandler 迫不得已尿在 Monica 腿上帮她杀毒
• Ross 糊里糊涂签定 “不平等条约” 后本来以为混过去了，没想到 Rachel 一次又一次提起，Yelling「WE WERE ON A BREAK」, 复合失败

S04E02 - The Cat

• Rachel 劝说 Monica 甩了 Chip，和 Ross 关系恶化
• Monica 偶遇高中暗恋的同学 Chip，本想交往却发现对方还是个妈宝
• Phoebe 发现一只猫跑进吉他箱，坚持认为是养母 Lily 的灵魂转世，最后在大家劝说下准备还给丢猫的小女孩
• Joey 为了卖娱乐柜再次藏进去，结果家里东西全被偷光

• Ross 劝说 Phoebe 归还小猫

S04E03 - The Cuffs

• Rachel 本想放了 Chandler...
• Monica 回爸妈家做了一顿饭，气得她妈咬指甲

• Chandler 偶遇 Rachel 的老板 Joanna ，结果被她用手铐铐在椅子上

S04E04 - The Ballroom Dancing

• Rachel 住了 3 年第一次去倒垃圾，结果被物业管理员 Treeger 气哭了 (Monica 说她本来就是个爱哭鬼)

• Phoebe 在按摩之后跟一个已婚客户亲热被开除
• Joey 因为说错话惹了 (知道 Rachel 不合法租住 Monica 家的) 物业管理员 Treeger，结果陪他练习跳舞

S04E05 - Joey's New Girlfriend

• Rachel 交往了一个爱喝酒又爱偷钱的学生男友想气 Ross
• Monica 被 Phoebe 传染上感冒了
• Phoebe 感冒，偶然间发现自己磁性的声音非常赞，结果感冒好了之后一只想办法重新患感冒
• Joey 交往了一个美女 Kathy
• Chandler 非常爱 Kathy (就是穿过重重障碍 say「hey」的那个)
• Ross “交往” 了一个有孩子的妈妈想气 Rachel，结果只是当她的保姆

S04E06 - The Dirty Girl

• Rachel 独立完成了填字游戏 crossword puzzle
• Monica 承办了一场葬礼宴席，但寡妇不肯给钱
• Phoebe 帮 Monica 要到了钱，她们考虑合作
• Joey 送 Kathy 书，她知道是 Chandler 送的但误以为 Chandler 是因为和 Joey 关系好才帮助他
• Chandler 看到 Kathy 收到书很开心，自己也很高兴
• Ross 认识了一个非常不注重整洁的美女

S04E07 - Chandler Crosses The Line

• Rachel 听 Ross 弹奏
• Monica 听 Ross 弹奏
• Phoebe 开始很崇拜 Ross 的音乐天赋「I can't follow Ross! Can't even you know be like those poor bicycle ridding chimps who had to follow the Beatles. No.」
• Joey 同时交往两个姑娘
• Chandler 终于 cross the line，把原来丢的家具都买齐了想补偿 Joey，可惜 Joey 最后还是很生气想跟他绝交
• Ross 弹得非常搞笑，但以为自己很牛

S04E08 - Chandler in A Box

• Rachel 为了证明自己不是什么东西都拿去卖钱，把和 Ross 有纪念意义的东西都拿出来
• Monica 眼睛被冰箱里的东西刺伤，意外遇到了 Ricard 的儿子 Tim，他给 Monica 带了个眼罩，Monica 吐槽说「Like a pirate?」
• Phoebe 打酱油
• Joey 本来想离开公寓，临走时说了句「I was locked in the entertainment unit for like six hours, you know what I was doing in there all that time? I was thinking about how I let you down!」，最后被 Chandler 感动然后和好，打开箱子让 Chandler 去追 Kathy
• Chandler 躲在箱子里仍然一直贫嘴搞怪，Joey 要求他不再说一个词，结果他在 Kathy (不愿意自己害得两个铁哥们反目) 来道别的时候也没说一个词，最后伸出一根手指朝她做了个 goodbye 的意思
• Ross 知道 Rachel 喜欢拿别人送她的礼物卖掉 (关键是把他送的金项链也卖了) 很生气，一直讽刺 Rachel，没想到 Rachel 拿出这么多纪念品

S04E09 - They're Going to pPrty!

• Rachel 參加公司內部面試，差點獲得夢寐以求的採購助理職位
• Monica 在一家報紙上發表了一篇 review (Allesandro)，意外獲得了該餐廳主廚的職位
• Phoebe 理解 Monica，放棄了她們本來剛開始的宴席外包業務
• Joey 帶兩哥們去玩，但大家又累又無聊
• Chandler 本來想和 Ross 跟 (party wizard) 甘道夫玩，假都請了誰知道甘道夫去墨西哥了
• Ross 沒去也很失望

S04E10 - The Girl from Poughkeepsie

• Rachel 觉得单身很无聊，让 Chandler 介绍公司男同事给她认识
• Monica 当主厨很不受同事欢迎
• Phoebe 为大家准备圣诞歌
• Joey 去 Monica 餐厅当炮灰 (被开除，这样大家就怕 Monica 了)
• Chandler 介绍同事给 Rachel 的时候顺便说了句她是想找一段雨露之欢
• Ross 听 Phoebe 的建议坐车找两个姑娘分手，结果坐过头到蒙特利尔，偶遇一个美女

S04E11 - Phoebe's Uterus

• Rachel with Monica
• Monica 用 7 个区来教 Chandler 怎么让女人高潮
• Phoebe 答应了弟弟和弟妹借腹代孕的请求，尽管生母用一只小狗来教育她
• Joey 在 Ross 的博物馆当导游，但是很纠结不能和 Ross 同桌吃饭这件事
• Chandler 和 Kathy 做爱之后感觉很失败，向 Monica 和 Rachel 讨教
• Ross 介绍 Joey 在博物馆当导游，并且很漂亮地解决了白大褂和蓝领不在同一张桌子上吃饭这件事

S04E12 - The Embryos

• Rachel 受不了男生公寓的公鸡报晓，引发了这次公寓搬家，而且是她搭错了关键一题
• Monica 持续提出加码，要求男生杀了小鸡和小鸭
• Phoebe 怀上了弟弟和弟妹的孩子
• Joey 和 Chandler 一起答题
• Chandler 提出最后价码是换公寓
• Ross 负责出题
  • Ross: What is Monica's biggest pet peeve?
  • A: Animals dressed as humans.
  • Ross: According to Chandler, what phenomenon scares the bejesus out of him?
    • Monica: Michael Flatley, Lord of the Dance!
    • Chandler: His legs flail about as if independent of his body!
  • Ross: Monica and I (Ross) have a grandmother who died, you both went to her funeral, name that grandmother!
    • Joey: Althea!
  • Ross: Every week, the TV Guide comes to Chandler and Joey's apartment. What name appears on the address label?
    • Rachel: Oh, Chandler gets it! It's Chandler Bing!
    • Monica: I knew that! Rachel! Use your head! //就是输在这一题

  • Ross: Thirty seconds, all the questions you can answer.
  • Monica: You guys are dead, I am so good at lighting rounds.
  • Chandler: I majored in lightning rounds. All right, we're gonna destroy you.
  • Monica: I got it! How about, if we win, they have to get rid of the rooster?
  • Chandler: (Interrupting) All right, hold on! If you win, we give up the birds.
  • Chandler: But if we win, we get your apartment.
• Ross: You have 30 seconds. The lightning round begins- stop it (Chandler stops jumping)- now.
  • Ross: What was Monica's nickname when she was a field hockey goalie?
    • Joey: Big fat goalie.
  • Ross: Correct. Rachel claims this is her favorite movie...
    • Chandler: Dangerous Liaisons.
    • Ross: Correct. Her actual favorite movie is...
    • Joey: Weekend at Bernie's.
  • Ross: Correct. In what part of her body did Monica get a pencil stuck at age 14?
    • Chandler: Oh! (Whispers something in Joey's ear and then in Ross's ear.)
  • Ross: Eww! No!! Her ear! All right, Monica categorizes her towels. How many categories are there?
    • Joey: Everyday use.
    • Chandler: Fancy.
    • Joey: Guest.
    • Chandler: Fancy guest.
    • Ross: Two seconds...
    • Joey: Uhh, 11!
    • Ross: 11, unbelievable 11 is correct.
  • Ross: 30 seconds on the clock. 5 correct questions wins the game. The lightning round begins...now! What is Joey's favorite food?
    • Monica: Sandwiches!
  • Ross: Correct. Chandler was how old when he first touched a girl's breast?
    • Rachel: 14?
    • Ross: No, 19.
    • Chandler: Thanks man.
  • Ross: Joey had an imaginary childhood friend. His name was?
    • Monica: Maurice.
    • Ross: Correct, his profession was?
    • Rachel: Oh, space cowboy!
  • Ross: Correct! What is Chandler Bing's job?
    • Rachel: Ohh. Oh gosh, it has something to do with numbers.
    • Monica: And processing.
    • Rachel: He carries a briefcase.
    • Ross: 10 seconds, you need this or you lose the game.
    • Monica: It's umm, it has something to do with transponding.
    • Rachel: Oh-oh-oh, he's a transponce - transpondster!
    • Monica: That's not even a word! I can get this! I can get this!
      (Ross stops the clock, signifying the end of the lightning round.)
    • Monica: NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
    • Rachel: Oh my God.
    • Chandler and Joey: YEEEEEES!!!

S04E13 - Rachel's Crush

• Rachel 想追一个 (刚离婚的) 很帅的男客户 Joshua
• Monica 夜以继日整整两天，终于把 “新公寓” 打扫干净而且布置好了
• Phoebe 打酱油
• Joey 本来想安慰 Chandler，结果坑爹了
• Chandler 听了 Joey 的理论 (台上没激情才有 “问题”)，和 Kathy 吵了一架，结果本来她没和那个男主角上床，后来真的上床了😂
• Ross 陪 Chandler 去看 Kathy 的新戏

S04E14 - Joey's Dirty Day

• Rachel 为了和 Joshua 约会，就把陪领导的外甥女 Emily 的事情推给了 Ross，结果 Joshua 没来只能去脱衣舞俱乐部找大家
• Monica 带着 Chandler 去脱衣舞俱乐部
• Phoebe 带着 Chandler 去脱衣舞俱乐部，这集还有 Phoebe 闹的一个笑话：
  • Phoebe(Going over to comfort her): Aww, Pheebs.
  • Rachel: Honey, that's your name.
  • Phoebe: That's short for Phoebe?! I thought that just was what we called each other!
• Joey 因为 (跟老爸去钓鱼三天没洗澡还掉进鱼饵里) 十分臭，丢了
• Chandler 因为失恋很难过，姑娘们带他去脱衣舞俱乐部走出阴影
• Ross (很意外地) 和 Emily (Ross 第二任妻子) 很合得来，约会很愉快

S04E15 - All The Rugby

• Rachel 打酱油
• Monica 看到 (原来 Joey 公寓里一个 “没用的” 开关) 强迫症又犯了，用尽各种办法也没找出它的用处 (其实是女生公寓电视机的电源开关)
• Phoebe 打酱油
• Joey 帮助 Monica 找开关的用处 (一会儿)
• Chandler 在做美甲的时候偶遇 Janice，结果为了摆脱她号称要去 Yemen，后来实在没办法真的去了 (机票单程都要 $2100 呢，因为在沙特 😂)
• Ross 为了在 Emily 面前逞强，硬着头皮打了一场橄榄球，结果浑身是伤

S04E16 - The Fake Party

• Rachel 为了 "色诱" Joshua，办了一场假派对，最后果然和他好上了
• Monica 打酱油
• Phoebe 开始有晨吐了
• Joey 打酱油
• Chandler 打酱油
• Ross 本来要和新女友 Emily 分手 (说好交往两周)，结果发现两个人之间相互有好感

S04E17 - The Free Porn

• Rachel 打酱油
• Monica 建议 Ross 去飞机场又建议他去伦敦 //突然对 Monica 的积极性格很敬佩
• Phoebe 产检出来怀的是三胞胎
• Joey 偶然间按了遥控器某个按钮，出现了免费 A 片
• Chandler 和 Joey 看了很多 A 片，感觉该关掉了，结果开机之后还在
• Ross 跑去飞机场跟 Emily 表白，又去伦敦找她

S04E18 - Rachel's New Dress

• Rachel 穿得很性感地去 Joshua 家，没想到他父母从巴黎提前回来了
• Monica 帮 Rachel 准备约会的晚餐
• Phoebe 在给 (第三个) 宝宝取名字，在「Joey」和「Chandler」之间纠结
• Joey 一气之下把 「Chandler」这个名字说得一无是处
• Chandler 用假装想改名的办法，最后让 Phoebe 选择了「Chandler」
• Ross 因为 Emily 和 Susan 很好，担心她也会变成 Lesbian

S04E19 - The Haste

• Rachel 弄来两张尼克斯队的季票想换回公寓 (结果又输了), 只好抢回来
• Monica 本来还算接受男生公寓, 但床都没实在太苦了
• Phoebe 给女生出主意 (等男生离开的时候抢回公寓)
• Joey 有尼克斯的季票很开心, 也对对面的男高音挺
• Chandler 主张不换，但最后被抢走了
• Ross 和 Emily 决定结婚了

S04E20 - The Wedding Dresses

• Rachel 想在 Ross 面前逞强，结果提出结果吓跑了 Joshua，后来为了让心情好一点穿上婚纱，又吓跑他一次
• Monica 本来帮 Ross 去领婚纱，结果自己穿上玩了起来 😂
• Phoebe 也去租了一套穿上，两个人玩起了丢捧花
• Joey 因为打呼，被 Chandler 拉去医院治疗
• Chandler 陪 Joey 去治疗的时候，认识了一个很会说梦话的美女
• Ross 准备和 Emily 结婚事宜

S04E21 - The Invitation

• Rachel 回忆了好多和 Ross 的事情，最后决定 “不去”，挺感人的一集
• Monica 打酱油
• Phoebe 怀孕 7 个月不能坐飞机
• Joey 打酱油
• Chandler 打酱油
• Ross 决定一个月后去伦敦结婚，回忆了好多和 Rachel 的事情

S04E22 - The Worst Best Man Ever

• Rachel 想和 Joey 的单身夜赌气，办了一场 Phoebe 宝宝 shower
• Monica 陪着情绪变化无常的 Phoebe
• Phoebe 因为临近生产，情绪变化无常
• Joey 单身夜之后弄丢了结婚戒指，结果在鸭子的肚子里找到了
• Chandler 打酱油，标题是弄丢戒指之后 Chandler 说 Joey
• Ross 因为 Chandler 不让他做伴郎，一气之下选了 Joey

S04E23 - Ross's Wedding

• Rachel 在 Phoebe 错误引导下，最终决定去找 Ross 说清楚心里的感觉
• Monica 建议 Emily 推迟婚礼之后开导 Ross
• Phoebe 错误地引导 Rachel
• Joey 在伦敦玩得很开心，还遇到了约克公爵夫人
• Chandler 觉得 Joey 很让他丢人，没跟他一起玩，后来道歉了
• Ross 本来很不愿意推迟婚礼，还好 Monica 说服了他

S04E24 - Ross's Wedding

• Rachel 跑来找 Ross 但刚好看到他跟 Emily 在接吻，只对他说了一声「Congratulations」
• Monica 和 Chandler 上床了
• Phoebe 打了好多电话想阻止 Rachel 但没成功，最后一通电话打开的时候刚好在婚礼现场，就在电话那头听着他们
• Joey 跟一个伴娘搞上了，所以 Rachel 很轻易就进教堂了
• Chandler 相见 Monica
• Ross 鬼使神差地在跟着牧师念宣誓词的时候把「Emily」说成了「Rachel」，所有人都呆住了
