I do not much understand that some of the settings will out of control some times, for example, now I can not switch it into Chinese mode, and now have to use English typing, it seems like former scene. So what you will be if some one appear to you with stronger power and capability than you? Admire for sure!
And than if you work for him, your capability will be always lower than him, he teaches what he can, and in this case, you'll always be wrong, any new invent he will be upset. That what I called "obey". That is happened that you are officially be employed in some case, words or paper that proves, while it have to through financial boss for money improvement. Too tough!
