TestFlight
把苹果手机账号 加入到项目中 https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/
这样打包上传后，直接testflight下载即可。
testflight需要单独下载一个testflight app。而且需要对方的苹果账号。有个问题就是不能用已经存在的账号。会添加不上。
蒲公英
是获取手机uuid，然后加入到 https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/devices/list
中，然后再打包苹果ipa，导出，选custom，选第4个，或者第2个，上传蒲公英， 然后访问蒲公英即可下载。

基本上都是公司和个人证书，现在企业证书搞不下来了。
蒲公英好处就是对方把uuid发给你就行。就可以直接安装测试包。
但是需要开启开发者模式。
