Life may seem complicated, but it's actually quite simple. Just eliminate the impurities of your soul and focus on one fact when facing anything: even if you experience a sudden surge of emotion, you don't have to be entangled by it in your mind. Always keep your heart open so as to accommodate a sense of peace from your intrinsic awareness, and that will be enough.
