加入007已经有一段时间，谈及自己的感受其实不是特别的明显。其实很早就接到了加入的邀请，媳妇催了好多次才最后加入。谈及自己一直犹豫不决没有加入的理由，当时自己觉得加入这个社群也没有什么用，自己可以完全监督自己写。后来看着媳妇交了之后，每天忙碌的感觉也挺好，后来就选择了加入。加入后，每周要做的事儿就是写一篇文章，然后给然后点评两篇别人写的文章，当然自己的文章也会得到两个人的点评。方式，看似简单，其实在简单之下，隐藏着更多的内容。
在写作的过程当中，社群赋予的监督功能可以督促自己按时写文章。虽然自己基本上都是每周拖到最后一天去写，但至少可以让自己每周都坚持去写。过后看来，看着写过的文章，不管质量如何，至少数量上给我很大的成就感，当然写文章的水平也会有所提高。确实之前觉得很不足为奇的事儿，现在看来，天天坚持并且认真去做，结果就可能让人称奇了。比如说，有的时候自己会记录一下每天脑袋中不时闪现出的主意，记录下几个关键词，然后觉得无论何时写一篇文章是一件相当简单的事情，然每次自己写的时候并不是如此。这里面主要有两个方面，第一个是从零星的想法到组合成一篇文章之间是有难度的，第二个是写篇自己一个人看的文章与发到群里给别人看的文章之间是不同的。自己看的文章，能对付就行，但发到群里的文章会逼迫自己不断去打磨，不断去提高，会逼迫自己去写出更好的文章。那么它的意义就是，逼迫自己每周坚持做一件事儿，而且迫使自己这件事儿比以往做得更好。
在群里相处的过程中，当然会发现从事各种各样行业的人，他们身上有着各不相同的特点和优点，通过他们写的文章以及与群里的一些人进行互动，很容易发现许多比自己优秀的人。在群里发现优秀的人更加可以激发自己的斗志，让自己不断进步，进而变得更加优秀。其次，与优秀的人进行交流，也可以使自己更加全面的了解自己，了解他人，从而更全面地看待这个社会，看待自我，从而实现与他人以及这个社会更加良好的相处。当然，在这个过程中如果有幸你会发现真正与你志同道合的人，他可以让你更加直面自己，让你与他之间形成良好的互动，相互监督，相互鼓励，进而使彼此变得不断优秀。在这里你可能会说，身边也会有这样的人也同样可以使你变得更加优秀，但现实生活中最亲近人的督促和鼓励效果往往不怎么好，原因大家可能都心知肚明。不管怎么说，感谢自己多迈出一步，多尝试一步，通过007我找到了又一个可以使自己变得更好的路。感谢自己，感谢尝试，感谢进步。
One way to make myself better
That way is joining the 007 decentralized Wechat group.
I don't remember exactly the time when I joined the 007, but the process of how I joined it is still fresh in my mind. My wife heard about the 007 in a very causal way and joined it without any hesitation. Soon, she became a member of the Hi mode and she tried to persuade me to join it and find another way to improve myself. But to her great astonishment and surprise, I am unexpectedly reluctant to join. But she didn't give up easily. After several times, I joined the 007 still with doubt.
The fact has proved that I made the right decision and what I should do is just to make the decision earlier.
In the group, what I must do every week is to write one essay and comment on two essays. And I would also receive comments from the two authors whose essays I have just commented on. Before joining it, I took for grant that it would be quite easy to write an essay and 007 group can't play a positive role in improving myself just by writing and commenting on the essays.
Things always grow in an unknown way and you can never know what you are gonna get from the chocolate box. The change after joining 007 is just like getting chocolate from the box：mysterious, curious ,sweet and fruitful. In the past weeks, I wrote a quite number of essays and got many pertinent comments, and also I made acquainted with some new friends. In the process of communication with new friends, I gradually know myself better and find the step closer to my way to improve myself.
As for my improvement, there is a person I must express my great thanks to :she is Yanling Li. She is very creative and diligent in organizing the learning group and spares no effort to helping everyone, and I am also the lucky guy. With her great help, I stick to correcting my pronunciation every day, writing an English essay every week, and learning to surpass myself.
In the daily life, everyone needs a example to learn from and she is just the Agan of my life who can inspire me and at the same time supervise me, and then teach me how to be better. Here, i will give my sincere thanks to her.
