资源利用

（一）二月二  20200224

还是被课程束缚住了难以前进，一天基本上就在这里绕圈子。内容已经设计好，架构早已搭建，重点难点心里也有数，可是怎样利用技术帮助更有效地呈现内容，帮助学生更轻松地吸收，更量化地提高教学效果还是尽快需要解决的问题，也是一直困惑教学的问题。是该行动了。

一直以来资源就在身边，U校园的资源用好足够了，不需要每个APP都去尝试，让心总是离题万里，难以收场。找寻资源是一种能力，其实unipus已经应有尽有，与时俱进，那还需到处去碰壁。U校园的文档、试卷、管理都应该好好研究研究。有了资源，关键还在如何利用，资源利用不仅是能力，更是一种创新。自己凭空想不出来，还是要多向别人取经。

总是在手边的事情打转，无瑕顾及长远打算。

（二）二月初三  20200225

开学了，做好了一切准备，技术、资源、内容、心理，就等接受检验了。第一堂课QQ直播和雨课堂叠加使用，娃们参与度比较高，课间征求他们的意见，把第二节课的重点放在课文内容上，词汇除了让科代表们分析了上次的测试题外，没有多讲。第二堂课雨课堂不得劲，只能QQ互动，勉勉强强。娃们在文体判断方面还有点问题。下午一堂课活动最热烈，雨课堂很给力，一切进展顺利，只是娃们反馈回答问题的频率过高，他们有点来不及回答。这堂课的科代表把词汇讲得很透彻，思路很清楚，还有适当的举例和补充。

今天讲解课文时多讲一次就越能发现发现原文字里行间的妙处，这似乎是朗读带来的效果。难怪格桑老师一直在强调朗读，并进入角色，朗读才会让人心领神会。原文的结构和措辞，包括动作和言语、心理的变化真的值得琢磨呢，如polly从顺从到反驳的言语变化，我从开心好玩到最后气得暴跳如雷的心理过程变化，还有或隐或显的逻辑谬，好多妙不可言之处。

一切进入正轨，电脑里的资源却还混乱无序，需要分门别类整理，可是又不能太多分支。整体安排+课前课中课后+资源+管理四个方面应该够了。系统里的听力和长篇也该反馈数据了。要做的还很多。

找点闲坐在沙发上看电视剧《将夜》，几十年前武侠小说的地位已经被玄幻所取代，玄幻借一张神话的翅膀，大有超越武侠的趋势。科学在不断探索宇宙，希望找到客观的依据。而文学也在探索太空，把太空放在心的世界里。和国外的科幻片不食人间烟火相比，中国的玄幻流淌着生活的气息。赞！

（三）二月初四 20200226

Hello, darkness my old friend, I've come to talk you again. Today is another busy day. With focus on class preparation, I suddenly realized the importance of a mind map to make clear the logic of the text. It seemed an amazing discovery of a new world,  a source of satisfaction and achievement. To draw a mind map was time-consuming, but it was thought-provoking and worthwhile. I've found a new way to learn and to teach. It really means something. In the daytime, my dear students consulted the questionnaire I gave them as an assignment. From these questions, I could realize that they were serious about the task and brilliant questionnaire designers. This experience teaches me a lesson. students are able and capable to do a good job. They're trustworthy. They deserve more opportunities to make a full play. At the same time, teachers are expected to have scientific organization and management of their students. To be a good teacher, both responsibility,commitment and awareness of teaching as a science serve significant roles.

In the evening, one of them shared me the result of the survey. I looked through and had a better understanding of students' problems and needs. This survey speaks and gives me a channel to know them and have a closer communication with them. TO those who feel lost and confused, a helpful and personalized guidance is necessary. Teaching not only means to impart knowledge, but to resolve students' puzzles and keep clear of the barriers in their way to progress. Such a method is a realization of student-centered teaching.

mom's birthday is coming. I saw her in my dream quite often these days. I miss her and dad, grandma,my eldest sister very much. I love them all and keep them in the bottom of my heart. they all my spur.

近来备课有不少收获，心里的窃喜好像不愿老老实实呆在心里，想要四处张扬，奢求褒奖。高调不是我的风格，收敛喧嚣，澄净内心，低调做人。
