Scrum team building phase

Scrum 团队建设4个阶段

1. Forming period

Coach team Scrum knowledge, help to remove impediments on a daily basis;

Drive on Scrum events, form team to get used to it;

Encourage team to take responsibility, and act proactively;

2. Run-in period

Normalize development processes with agile related tools;

Standardize team role and responsibility, define Responsibility Assignment Matrix;

Encourage face-to-face conversation;

Optimize team members. 

3. Norming period

Improve the standard of quality by defining entry criteria, exit criteria, owner, and solidify work processes;

Set up Scrum KPIs, maxmize team efficiency.

4. Performance

Less intervention;

Sum up lesson learned, expand results, influence more people to participate, and improve organizational efficiency.
