Tomcat点击Manager App不报401错误，配置流程

很多人在Tomcat运行后在网页url地址中输入：http://localhost:8080/后点击Manager App 按钮会报错

第二步：

弹出会出现一个登录框---然后点取消

第三步：

跳到这个401 错误页面 ----复制红框中的内容

打开eclipse中的Servers 下--tomcat-users.xml

可以修改账号密码

最后重新启动一下tomcat ,成功
