100-day plan

I have a 100-day plan for my day to day life. There are four items and rules: get up early to set a new day’s schedule, take a public lesson in English, don’t roll my smartphone just for fun during the whole day, do physical exercise, and read for at least half of an hour. Once I violate one of the four rules during the 100-day plan, the the plan restart.

I have tried the 100-day plan again and again in the past few years, and I haven’t succeeded once. It is difficult, but I know many people are the same, and nobody's perfect. That’s my goal, trying my best to achieve it is still helpful and exciting. I have improved since before, and I have quit many bad habits.

This morning, I recorded it as usual: No. 3 / 100 days / 1 R. This means that today is the third day of the first round of the 100-day plan in my life! There will be a second round, a third round, and so on until the end of my life!
