人生這場旅途，會有無數人與你同行，但都不會一直陪你走下去，過了大半輩子才明白，只有活出自己才是最有用的。能夠無視非議、不在乎他人看法的人，才能活出真正的自我。「不合群」的人，都把時間留給了自己，不斷提升自己，活出了真正的自我。人到中年，最該省去的就是那些沒有用的社交，只有將圈子縮小一點，才能把最想留的人留住。把時間給予最珍貴的家人和最真心的朋友，更重要的是，給自己自由。少了很多叨擾，清清靜靜地生活，才是中年人最有福氣的生活。「不合群」沒有什麼不好，活得高級的人，往往都只享受一個人的狀態。愛而不得的學會放棄，融不進的圈子不要硬擠，人到中年，要學會「不合群」。

In the journey of life, countless people will walk with you, but none will stay with you forever. It is only after living most of one's life that one realizes that the most valuable thing is to live as one's true self. Only those who can ignore criticism and pay no heed to others' opinions can live authentically. People who are "not sociable" dedicate their time to themselves, constantly improving and thus living truly as who they are.
In middle age, the first thing to eliminate is those useless social interactions. Only by narrowing down your social circle can you keep the people you most want to stay. Devote your time to your most precious family and truest friends, and more importantly, grant yourself freedom. A life with less disturbance and more tranquility is the most blessed life for a middle-aged person.
There is nothing wrong with being "not sociable". Those who live an elegant life often enjoy being alone. Learn to let go of what you love but cannot have, and never force yourself into a circle you don't fit in. In middle age, one should learn to be "not sociable".
