还有一篇阅读的句子没有完全精进完毕，主要问题出在星期天休息的时间太多了，本来是决定一周六天，空出周日作为空挡，让大脑休息，结果这一休息倒好了，这个时间上不能规矩了，到了晚上不累，睡不着，直到两点才睡。
平时本来很累的，到了11点就困了，一倒下就睡着了。
所以这一点要调整，以后周日虽然放空，但是要做大强度的复述练习，让大脑疲倦。
2. 1小时的口语学习
复述能力较差，这反应出语言基础薄弱，没办法，这就只有死磕了，把人家这个外教社的教材死背下来，没的说了，只能这么办，要不然怎么练。
这种级别的考试，练的根本不是什么单词量，单词量是一个很重要的基础，但是只是其中之一了，更重要的是熟练度，考验你能不能熟练地盘活现有知识，这就需要大规模的刻意训练；
3. 1小时的听力练习
更是吓人，本来很自信的听力，在口译考试里面，一下就麻爪了，20个题目之间根本没有空隙，直接念完题目，你需要边听边理解，这种感觉，好窒息啊。
结果20个听力理解错了11个。另外对的9个都是集中在前面的10个，到了后面的部分，那就是全错，触目惊心。
这种听力要求不仅是要求你听懂，听懂有什么了不起的，人家要求听懂的同时还要完成题目的阅读，然后正确理解并选择。阅读速度还要快。
所谓阅读速度要快，言下之意就是我的阅读力要高于这道题目的规定水平，才能达到得心应手，要高于这道题的语言水平。就像让我去看初中的语文题，就会觉得很轻松一样，因为我的语言高于那个水平。
就是一个字，要求你快。
熟练度的要求很高。

估计还是一个自虐的过程。
