low quality的细胞具有哪些features
左侧绿色标签的图显示出在broken cells中很多GO term下调；和膜相关的基因、线粒体基因、产生蛋白将位于线粒体的部分基因则会上调。线粒体基因的比对率在实际数据处理中经常被用到，是一个重要的过滤指标，从这张图可以看出broken cells的线粒体比对率中位数大约是0.16。
Empty cells很容易鉴别出来。
论文最终给出了几个通用的features：
