Time flies,the end of 2020 is coming.The thoughts"quitting job"coming out of my mind from time to time.However,the "reality"stopped this step to go keeping.
Such kind of confusing troubles in the work made me feel much stressed.Sometimes when I came back home after 20:00,I would go to bed to relax myself for 1~2 hours every night.Waking up,taking a short shower,and being ready for a "formal sleep",but on this moment,I myself felt totally awake! And then I suffered from insomnia...
How can I go into sleep quickly?Putting on the headphone and listening to music by Net Ease Cloud(a music app).Waking up the next day,having a drowsy look,nothing could do but continue today's life...
