人要学会learning 如何满足satisfy yourself，right？ or not？
facing more and more press（stress），i need to take it down ，or take it easy！right words for my mind？
even i found many thinks not being done today ,but anyway, 换个角度，你会发现，你又有很多事情做了的，譬如for example
医保异地的终于申请好了，从之前不知道可以转，到后来发现可以转，但觉得麻烦，再到后来逼自己去弄，终于发现很简单，都不用去社保局，下载个模版就行了。
一切都是因为怕麻烦，所以，其实最麻烦的就是一个怕字，fear？
所以不要怕trouble，你怕trouble，trouble就会惹上你。
专利文件也是这样，我一度失去了信心lost my mind ，然后不怕麻烦，写着写着，就把idea写出来了，今天律师告诉我，两个专利都可以申请。
太神奇了吧，但其实，前提就是不要怕麻烦，不要害怕fear any think and go ahead。

Learning to be content / Learning satisfaction - is it that simple? (学会满足自己 - 真的那么简单吗？) Right? Or not?
Facing mounting pressure / stress (面对日益增长的压力), my instinct is to push through... or maybe just ease up? (我的本能是迎难而上... 或者干脆放松？) Which mindset is right? (哪种心态才对？)
Even though I see a pile of unfinished tasks today (尽管我今天看到一堆未完成的事项), look at it differently: it means there's plenty to keep moving forward! (换个角度看：这意味着有很多事可以推进！) For example:
That dreaded out-of-town medical insurance transfer (麻烦的异地医保转移), finally sorted! (总算搞定了！) The journey: from ignorance (整个过程：从无知), to awareness plus perceived hassle (到知道却觉得麻烦), to forcing myself to act (再到逼自己行动)... turns out: just download a template! (结果呢：下载个模板就行！) No office visit needed! (连社保局都不用去！)
The biggest obstacle? Fear of the hassle itself! (最大的障碍？对“麻烦”本身的恐惧！) You dread the trouble? Trouble loves that, it seeks you out! (你怕麻烦？麻烦就爱你这点，它会主动找上你！)
Patent documents? Same story! (同样如此！) I almost lost heart (我差点就灰心了). Then, refusing to be intimidated by the effort (然后，我下定决心不怕那个麻烦劲), I just started writing (埋头就写). Gradually, the ideas took shape (写着写着，思路就成型了). And today? Lawyer says both inventions are patentable! (今天呢？律师说两个专利都能申请！)
Incredible, but true! (难以置信，但确有其事！) The secret sauce? (秘诀是什么？) Ditch the fear of hassle! (别怕麻烦！) Ditch the fear, period! (别怕，放手干就完了！) Fear holds you back? Charge ahead! (怕绊住你？那就向前冲！)
So, tackle what you think is "hard"! (所以，搞定你眼中的“难事”吧！)
