其实，我们每个人成长的过程都是一张K线图，或在起伏中上升，或在起伏中下降。同样，一家企业的发展也是如此。上升是善因的果，下降是恶因的缘，无论是上升，还是下降都是一种修炼。明理者当知＂长短相形，高下相倾，音声相和，前后相随＂之理，这就是事物发展变化的必然规律，这就是事物本来的真实之相。
The process of our growth is like a piece of K figure line, either rises or drops in ups and downs. So is a company’s development. Going up is the result of kindness, while going down is the doom of viciousness. No matter going up or going down is a kind of cultivation. The wise man should know the doctrine “the long and the short complement, the high and the low reconcile, the sound and the tone harmonize, and the front and the rear follow. This is the compulsory principle of thing’s development as well as changes, and the real display of itself.
我们每天都希望生命健康长寿，我们每天都祝愿企业一帆风顺，但现实中，往往出现许多的不如人意，于是我们的烦恼由然而生，我们的怨气由此而来，殊不知上升下降都是心念的结果。
We hope for good health and long life every day, and we wish our companies enjoy smooth development. While in reality, things always go against our expectation. Then worries come, following with complaints. Yet both going up and going down are the projection of what you think.
世上本无事，庸人自扰之。凡事都由心所生，疾病60％的因素由心情所产生。用情生烦恼，忘念转正心，天堂地狱即在当下。所谓通过努力我们可以去到那美丽的天堂，其实那个美丽的天堂即在当下。当心平静了、宽广了、慈悲善良了，即喜、即乐、即天堂；当下嗔恨了、烦恼了、痛苦了，甚至疾病了，即苦、即痛、即地狱。
Trouble only troubles people who trouble themselves as there is no trouble in the world. All things happen following mind, and 60% factors accounting for diseases are produced by emotions. Feelings germinate worries, while mindlessness right minds. Paradise or hell comes to us at the moment. It is said that we can reach paradise through hard working, yet it is there this moment. When we go calm, generous, lenient, the composer, happiness and paradise are there. When we feel apprehended, anxious and anguished, the pain, misery and hell are there.
