今日在网上学烙山药苹果鸡蛋饼,感觉实践起来和理论还有相当一段距离,存在问题是我拿不准怎样就算熟了?上面说烙的时候加水,水吸收完了就熟了,再烙就干了。我多加了几次水,多翻了几次,估计熟了,尝起来还不错,就是不怎么软,分析是温度太低,酵母没充分发酵的缘故。
