Our new house, which we bought at the end of 2023, has been built and will be handed over to us this month. Today, my wife and I went to inspect it thoroughly for the second time.
There were still some defects, which we listed and sent to the property manager. We'll accept and sign after they fix the problems. But we're not in a hurry to move into the new house because my daughter is in her junior middle school and we have to wait for her to graduate by June or July this year.
Having our own house in Shenzhen has been our dream for many years, it will come true this year! we have struggled for more than twenty years!
