“再长的路都有尽头，千万不要回头;再沮丧的心都有希望，千万不要绝望。”这一句话是我一直坚持到现在的理由。人生在世，避免不了失意，也避免不了苦难，没有一个人的生活是一帆风顺的。虽然我们看到别人吃得好，住得好。其实我们看到的只是表面，别人的内心我们看不到。也许我们觉得别人很快乐，有可能别人比我们还要难受。
有些路看起来很长很长，一望无边。可路怎么长都有尽头，更何况失意。暂时的失意不应该让我们失去信心，只有坚持下去，路会走远，痛苦也会过去。我记得自己最绝望的一次，就是男朋友和我分手后，说要报复我。我害怕，我很绝望。每天过着胆惊受怕的日子，让我差点失去了活下去的信心，我担心自己会连累了家人。
有一个朋友，她天天都开解我，这让我非常的安慰。也让我明白到，那个疯狂的男人只是一时的行为，只要他气消了，想通了，也就不会再来骚扰我。而且我今后的路还很长，不可能因为这个无赖就断送了。自己想通之后，我就不把这件事放在心上了。后来事情过去了，我又回归到正常的生活当中，过去的事就让它过去了。
因为要上班，我和女儿不得不过着被迫分开的生活。公婆不愿意在我们过边住，而我要上班只能把女儿交给他们。刚开始的时候，我内心很痛苦，我不想和自己的孩子分开。可是我没有办法，我难过的时候，我只能在心里哭。还好我还能每周看到一次女儿，时间长了也就习惯了。而且我工作都是为了孩子过得更好，这样想想一切都过去了
每当我走上逆境的时候，只要想起这句话，我心里就充满了力量。只要我的心不绝望，那希望就在。如果心里自己放弃了希望，那一切就完蛋了。人不可能天天开心，当自己不痛快的时候，就要找个可信赖的人说说话，只要说出来了，心情也就轻松多了。我相信人在，希望就在。过好现在的每一天，以后才不会有后悔的时候。
