20190828打卡。今天提前销假回去上班领导还挺诧异，实际上我只想早点开始我的学习计划，被自我感觉良好的状态窃喜一把。
初级水平的内容
今天的学习主要是在上下班路上听网课的内容。1.5倍速度听起来莫名其妙让我觉得紧张。按照时间计划给自己留的review time我刷刷刷都能写下好多知识点，不过也可能是因为初级的经济学内容学了无数遍大概也能记得那么多的吧。
这里想再说一下review time，我是把我在路上听网课音频的内容回忆起来并且赶紧写下来key words和highlights，这样在第二遍听视频课的时候对照看看自己写下来多少、理解了多少、遗漏了多少。相当于对自我学习的检测+提升。而且我觉得很有用的是，因为自己凭记忆写下来的东西记得更深刻，懂的内容更加明白，不懂的内容再次学习的时候加深印象。
每天6点起来做gym，好像也有点成效了，这玩意和学习一样，都是要贵在坚持
