Area contest SAA

1. Good afternoon fellow members and guests, please seat yourself because the area contest is about to begin~

2. As the SAA of this annual contest, to make sure that all of our contesters have a good and fair speech atmosphere, I want to emphasis 2 things.

3. First, please close your cellphone or keep it into silent mode. Also, do not make any records of our contesters' speech contents.

4. Second, please do not walk around or make any noise when the contesters are speaking.

But don't worry, there is a one minute silence between two speekers, you can take actions if there is an emergency need.
