这段演讲听起来，就像是在享受一部电影，Mike不愧是节目主持人，一定读过很多书，他可以把故事讲的特别搞笑，用词就会把你带到故事中，身临其境的感觉。
虽然只在最后点明了主旨，就是，不要嫌弃“dirty job”，在做这些工作的人，其实都很享受的，因为诸如 carpenter，plumber，welder，pipefitter，steamfitter 这些底层的工作，才是构建豪华大厦的基础。
但是在前面的大篇幅的故事中，他一边讲，一边就传递给听众一个感觉，阉羊，还真的是挺欢乐的一个工作，虽然开始你会厌恶，但是看着小羊们，蹦蹦跳跳开心地吃草时，这个过程就像是你在经历一个 发现(Anagnorisis) 和 转折(Peripeteia) 的过程，是神奇的。
