My name is Laura William,Product Manager of Snow computer sales company. I am writing to complain about the detailed issues related to the product quality and the poor after-sales service.
Our company purchased one hundred new-type tablet computers produced in the new product line of your company last week, but we found that the product did not fullfill/meet our requirements and the after-sales servies was poor.
To begin with, the computer screen can't meet our requirements since there is no difference between the latest model tablet computers and the old ones,thus we think this is unfair deal for our extra expense.In addition,the computer system is not upgraded as you promised, which makes us SNOW encounter a large number of complanits from our customers.
